The dot with a blue circle denotes genera that are halotolerant and aerobic or facultative anaerobic. Positive associations between Campylobacter and other microbes are connected by red lines. Negative associations between microbes are connected with green lines. The genera with close taxonomy are grouped together. The size of each dot denotes the abundance of the corresponding genus; that is, the larger the dot size is, the higher the genus abundance is. Halotolerant genera denote genera that are halotolerant and aerobic or facultative anaerobic. Only significant correlations (P < 0.05) over 0.3 or lower than − 0.25 are shown
