Effect of VB1 on BCG growth. BCG cultures were inoculated into 7H9 liquid medium, and treated with different concentrations of VB1 (1.0, 2.0, 4.0, 8.0, 10.0 mM). BCG cultures without VB1 treatment were used as controls. The OD600nm value was detected every seven days. Each condition was tested in triplicates. X-axis represents the time (Unite is day), while Y-axis represents the log of CFU count
