Wet-heat: aqueous conidial suspensions exposed to 45°C for 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, or 2.5 hours; dry-heat: dried conidia exposed to 65°C for 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 hours. 1: wild-type strain; 2-5: over-expression mutants; 6-9: RNAi mutants.
