The effect of crystalized and standard Kojic acid on cell viability of different cell lines by MTT assay. Cells were treated with 0, 25, 50 and 100 μg/ml KA concentrations for 24 h and then cell viability was determined by MTT assay for both crystalized (a) and standard (b) kojic acid.
