Differential analysis of species relative abundance at phylum and genus level. (A) The Manhattan plot compares Non-SUI and SUI groups using OTUs and p-values obtained through natural logarithmic transformation. The node size represents relative abundance of OTUs, while CPM (Count Per Million) represents fractions of a million. Different colors represent different genera, and the shape of the node indicates the type of change, whether up-regulated enriched (positive solid triangle), down-regulated depleted (inverted hollow triangle), or no significant difference change (solid nodes). Differences abundance at the phylum and genus level among two groups (Wilcox. test, *P < 0.05, ** P < 0.01). (B) Phylum level: Bacteroidota, Firmicutes (C) Genus level: Streptococcus, Prevotella, Dialister, Veillonlla.
