LAMP sensitivity results from different bacteria/water ratios via the water-lysis pre-treating method. Representative results showed that 1.2 × 102 CFU of V. Vulnificus 1H00066 was lysed with 10 µL ~ 120 µL of ultrapure water, and “S” curves were obtained via lysis-based LAMP assay; with 130 µL ~ 140 µL of ultrapure water, and straight or slightly oblique lines were obtained via lysis-based LAMP assay.
