The distribution of V. cholerae strains in this study according to the sequence types and year of isolation. Sequence types detected in each province are shown by ST number. Members of each ST are defined within parenthesis. Isolates belonging to each year are depicted by a distinct color. As depicted in picture, strains of non-ST69/non-ST75 were mainly isolated from border provinces in south of Iran.
