6xHis-Hill_BB_C10074 inhibited the growth of the highly virulent P. aeruginosastrain Pa14. Changes in OD measurements over-time of populations of P. aeruginosa Pa14 incubated with either 6xHis-Hill_BB_C10074 (500 µg/mL), Growth control or Buffer control (50 mM TrisHCl pH 8.0). Error bars represent ± standard deviation of the mean. Simple linear regression curve fitted to the exponential growth phases of P. aeruginosa Pa14 populations between 2–8-hours. Growth rates (k) calculated as the change in OD over time. Dotted lines represent ± CIs. All data was inclusive of 3 biological repeats
