Streptococcus was the most prominent taxon (n = 80) followed by Prevotella (N = 16) and Neisseria (n = 15). Staphylococcus (n = 4) and Haemophilus (n = 3) are shown as representative of CF pathogens. Other is a composite category created by summing all other taxa and was dominant for the 80 samples not included in the selected genera (includes 4 samples each dominated by Rothia and Porphyromonas). Few samples contain high relative abundance of PA (max RA < 40%).
