Comparative analysis of Ct values between our multiplex assay and commercial multiplex kit using clinical samples. The average Ct value of the samples detected by our multiplex assay is slightly higher than the commercial multiplex kit. However, the results indicate that our primer and probe sets are favorable for simultaneous detection of SARS-CoV-2, Influenza A and Influenza B viruses
