Western blotting of the expression levels of SDCBP and some related proteins induced by Ats-1. siRNA SDCBP was/was not transfected into the HEK293T cells, and Ats-1 was transfected into HEK293T cells 24 h later. After 48 h, the cells were lysed to obtain the total protein. Western blot was performed using the corresponding primary and secondary antibodies (Table S3).
