Molecular phylogenetic analyses of Candolleomyces species by maximum likelihood (ML) method based on combined ITS & LSU sequences. The evolutionary history was inferred by using the RAxML-HPC2 v 8.1.11. The analyses involved 28 nucleotide sequences and new species are in the old. Evolutionary analyses were conducted in CIPRES Portal v. 3.1. Bootstrap values > 50% based on 1000 replicates are shown above the branches
