Red and blue dots represent up-regulated and down-regulated genes, respectively. The abscissa presents the fold-change in gene expression among samples, whereas the ordinate presents the significant differences in gene expression. P10_RE represents the treatment group (i.e., 1% root exudate in the culture medium), whereas P10_N represents the control group (i.e., no root exudate in the culture medium)
