The classification level tree displayed by Graphlan described the hierarchical relationship of all the microbial flora from phylum to genus (successively ordered from the inner circle to the outer circle) in the sample community. The node size corresponded to the average relative abundance of the microbial flora, which showed the advantage bacterium group of both TB group and H group. Light green, red, dark green, purple and blue represented Actinobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, Fusobacteria and Proteobacteria respectively
