HDB1258 (LL, 1 × 108 CFU/mouse/day and LH, 1 × 109 CFU/mouse/day) or SC β-glucan (SCG, 50 mg/kg/day) was orally gavaged daily for 14 days. Normal control mice (NC) were treated with vehicle (saline) instead of test agents. Cytokine expression levels were assayed using ELISA kits.
