Phylogenetic analysis of the aflR1 gene using maximum likelihood method. The tree was generated based on the aflR gene nucleotide sequence; it illustrates the phylogenetic position of the retrieved strain (A.fla-Sa.1-EG016) with respect to other strains deposited in Genbank where the topology of the joining tree of the aflR gene sequence is almost the same.
