Culture supernatant (S) from cell culture and pellet (P) of High Five cells resuspended in PBS were examined with anti-E2 mAb 6D10, and with anti-Gp64 mAb as control. All samples were loaded in equal volume. d E2 secretion levels with different signal peptides were quantified with densitometric analysis using Gel-Pro analyzer software. The results of integral optical density (IOD) stand for protein expression levels. Experiments were performed in triplicate and data are shown as mean ± SD. Statistical significance is indicated as **(P < 0.01); ***(P < 0.001); ****(P < 0.0001)
