Only three dolphins showed a relatively stable abundance of their intra-core (variations within 10% of relative abundance), whereas others displayed a large variation over time. Howie and Nudgee were marked with an asterisk, as they received antimicrobial treatment. The light red bars indicate the period of antimicrobial treatment of Nudgee over several weeks, whereas the green arrows indicate treatment of Howie over a single week
