Interactions between 15 selected bacterial isolates from 14 genera with two porcine strains (PM2 and PM) of P. multocida. The interactions were examined by a coculturing assay in conditioned media. The interaction score (ε) represented the interaction between bacterial isolates: a positive score for a positive interaction and a negative score for a negative interaction. The interaction scores were clustered and labelled by the pH value of the media (horizontal rows) and bacterial family (vertical columns)
