Immune response against staphylococcal bone infection. Blood samples were collected after each infection period (on days 4, 8 and 15) and were processed to obtain serum. Quantitative measurements of IL-1 (a), IL-17 (b), and IL-6 (c) were performed. All values were analyzed using one-way ANOVA followed by a post-hoc Tukey test.
