Staphylococcus epidermidis was cultured in the same conditions as the biofilm tests, but with a different pseudonajide concentration (25 μM). a Optical density measurements at 600 nm (OD600) show a reduction in bacterial growth in the presence of 25 μM pseudonajide (peptide 2) after 1, 2, and 4 h. b Colony-forming unit (CFU) testing confirmed the reduction in cell viability as compared to the control.
