Wogonin exerted a moderate synergistic effect with acyclovir against HSV-2 infection. The effective HSV-2 infection-inhibiting concentrations of the compounds alone and in combination are plotted in two curves. The CI values were calculated using CalcuSyn software and evaluated as described. The data are presented as the mean values (±SDs) of triplicate determinations from three independent experiments
