‘Phenotype calculators’ within the PHENOS software. Each generates a different summary value. Some, indicated with asterisks, e.g. AverageWithoutAgarCalc, require a particular time window to be specified by the user: for a given curve, all timepoints within that window are then averaged, to account for the variance usually observed at higher absorbance readings.
