  1. Wild type data were compared to the wxcB mutant H21012, wxcK mutant H28110 and wxcN mutant H20110. Results were obtained by gas chromatography following hydrolysis and reduction of 500 μg LPS each. The depicted amounts are the mean of two replicates. For the wxcB mutant H21012 only one measurement could be used
