Co-immunoprecipitation of fibronectin-bound proteins. 100 μg of supernatant proteins (SP) were incubated with 25 μg/mL of Fn (Sp + Fn) or PBS (SP + PBS) and the mixture was added to a column with anti-Fn antibodies for co-immunoprecipitation analysis.
