Effect of DTT on Helicobacter pylori hp0265 − growth. Cultures of H. pylori hp0265 − were grown in Brain Heart Infusion (BHI) broth supplemented with 10 % fetal bovine serum and kanamycin. One culture was additionally supplemented with 2 mM DTT. As a control wild type of Helicobacter pylori N6 was grown under the same conditions
