  1. The apparent K m values for all compounds were determined using a 0.1-50 mM concentration range in the presence of 3 mM GSH. The K m value for GSH was determined with 2 mM CDNB and a 0.01 to 10 mM GSH concentration range. The apparent K m and k cat values were calculated by nonlinear regression using the Michaelis-Menten equation (r2 > 0.99). Data are represented as mean ± S.D. (n ± 3)
