From: Genetic characterization of Bacillus anthracis in Guizhou Province, Southwest of China
Genetic relationships based on cluster tree of the 28 MLVA profiles of B. anthracis isolates from Guizhou province and isolates of worldwide distribution. The MLVA data of of isolates from other province of China and isolates of worldwide distribution were come from the B. anthracis data base (http://mlva.u-psud.fr/MLVAnet/spip.php?article123). The dendrogram based on the MLVA profiles of isolates from Guizhou Province and isolates of worldwide distribution were constructed using UPGMA.
