The ATMT donor vector pRM-eGFP. The transfer DNA region (T-DNA) consists of the phleomycin-resistance conferring gene (ble) which is under control of the A. nidulants trpC promoter (PtrpC) and trpC terminator (TtrpC). The enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) reporter gene is under control of the constitutive A. nidulants gpdA promoter (PgpdA).
