UWB refers to unknown wound bacteria or sequences without significant similarity to database sequences. * The asterisk identifies bacteria previously cultured from a single culture result from each subject's medical record from subjects in the diabetic foot ulcer pool (D sample). Bacteria that were cultured and were not found using PRAPS include Citrobacter and Pseudomonas. % represents the percentage of the total sequences analyzed within the sample.
