Viability of the M. fortuitum cultures treated with H 2 O 2 . The colony forming units (CFUs) were determined for the untreated control and for each culture treated with 0.02, 0.2, 2 and 20 mM of H2O2 after 30, 60 and 120 minutes. One control was used for each H2O2 concentration (showed as black columns in the figure). The error bars corresponding to data from three different cultures are showed.
