PcrV binding to PcrG and PcrG (1–74) demonstrated by surface plasmon resonance. Injection of PcrV (2–180 nM, flow rate: 40 μl/min, injected volume: 160 μl) over (A) immobilized PcrG (213 RU); (B) immobilized PcrG (1–74) (548 RU). Non-specific binding to the sensor chip (evaluated on flow cell 1) and the bulk effect due to the buffer were subtracted from the raw data.
