  1. *Assays were performed using phosphoryl transfer assay with [γ-32P]-labelled ATP (100 μM) and variable concentrations of TFT (1 – 100 μM). The reaction products were separated by thin layer chromatography and were quantified. Thymidine (10 μM) was used as a control. Data are from three independent measurements and are expressed as mean ± SD.
