Nucleic acid sequence alignment of pmrA gene among various strains of Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp. carotovorum . P. carotovorum subsp. carotovorum pmrA gene for response regulator PmrA (AB447882.1) available in GenBank was downloaded from NCBI. The alignments were performed using the ClustalW program [31]. The identical Nucleic acid in equivalent positions are indicated by dots and generated using the MEGA 5 program [32].
