For (A) and (C), 5 μl of serial dilutions (from left to right: 10⁷-10¹ CFU/ml) of overnight cultures were spotted onto MH agar plates and incubated at either 18.5% or 5% O₂. For (B), 5 μl of serial dilutions (from left to right: 10⁵-10¹ CFU/ml) of overnight cultures were spotted onto MH agar plates and incubated at either 18.5% or 5% O₂.
