Numbers at the nodes are percentage bootstrap values based on 1000 resampled data sets; only values above 50% are given. The arrow indicates the inferred root position using Bacillus subtilis DSM 10T (GenBank accession no. AJ276351) and Escherichia coli ATCC 11775T (X80725) which were used as the outgroup.
