Three replicates are indicated each containing, in order from left to right, WT, pvd-, acr/pvd- and acr-/pvd-/ybt- strains. Each strain was inoculated from a single colony, using a hypodermic needle. The pod was then incubated in a humid chamber at room temperature for 48 hours. All strains display characteristic water-soaked lesions indicating successful establishment of pathogenicity in Phaseolus vulgaris.Back to article page
