Alignment of 12-mer peptide sequences from ELISA-positive clones defined the linear epitopes for the mAbs 3C7 (a) and 4D1 (b). The peptides inserted from ten phage clones that reacted with the mAbs 3C7 and 4D1 were aligned. Conserved amino acid residues are boxed and consensus sequence motifs were provided below the alignments. The matching sequences 895LTATTEK901 and 925VVDGPETKEC934 in WNV NS1 are provided at the bottom of alignment for comparison.
