Antioxidant activity of diselenides. Antioxidant activity was determined by DPPH reduction; diselenide activity was determined and compared to the standard ascorbic acid (AA). Results are expressed as DPPH scavenging activity. Data represent the mean ± SD of 2 or more independent experiments performed in triplicate.
