A: FB 2 production by Aspergillus niger after 7 days of growth at different temperatures (15-42°C) on CYAS. The concentration of FB2 was detected in the methanol:water (3:1) extract. The values are means of biological duplicates on two different plates; highest value (μg/ml) is in parenthesis. B: Total production of fumonisin B1, B2 and B3 produced by Fusarium spp. after 7 days growth at different temperatures (15-42°C) on PDA.
