From: Lactobacillus plantarum MYL26 induces endotoxin tolerance phenotype in Caco-2 cells
Caco-2 cells (106cells/mL) were treated with live L. plantarum MYL26 (107 cfu/mL) at 37°C for 10 hours followed by 1 μg/mL LPS challenge. Gene expressions were assayed by RT-qPCT normalized by GAPDH. Symbol * represents P-value smaller than 0.05 analyzed by t-test in comparison with negative control group. (n = 3). Negative control: Caco-2 cells were challenged by LPS without pretreatment with probiotics.
