Biofilm formation of lamB and ompA deletion mutants in Salmonella Typhimurium. Peg biofilm formation assay of SL1344 ΔlamB (CMPG5648) and SL1344 ΔompA (CMPG5643) and the corresponding complementation strains pCMPG5687/CMPG5648 for lamB and pCMPG5685/CMPG5643 for ompA. Biofilm formation is expressed as percentage of wildtype SL1344 biofilm. Error bars depict 1% confidence intervals of at least three biological replicates. (C) stands for complemented.
