Krona plot representation of the major plant growth-promoting traits found in Leclercia adecarboxylata (H10E4) and Leclercia tamurae sp. nov. (H6S3^T). Identification of PGPTs was performed by BlastP and HMMER annotation against the PGPT-BASE. Text files of the annotation were downloaded, and Krona plots were made using the ‘ktImportText’ command in Bioconda. Depth of annotation is shown to level three of six, excluding pathways, gene names and accession numbers.
