Cell viability determined by MTT assay. Different concentrations (15, 20, 25 µg/mL) of SlpA from (A) RT126 (B) RT001 (C) RT084 and (D) ATCC 700057 of C. difficile strains were added to HT-29 cells for different time points (4, 8, 12, 24 and 48 h) at 37 °C. Data were presented as mean ± SD from three independent experiments.
