Motility plating of CRISPRi transformants (B) showed a significant decrease in motility (* = p < 0.05, ** = p < 0.01 and *** = p < 0.001, One-way T-test, N = 3 biological replicates, error bars = SD) for all sgRNA locations except M1Cam flgR_559 and 81–176 flgR_647, which showed no significant difference in motility
