Real-time RT-PCR analysis of expression of HMA3 and HMA4 genes in Helianthus annuus. Transcript levels were assessed in 21 days old seedlings by real-time RT-PCR in roots and shoots of plants following 14 days of growth in untreated and treated experimental soils. Data shown are transcript levels relative to EF1⍺ from one experiment representative of two independent biological experiments. Tissues from three pots were pooled for each treatment. Values are mean ± s.e.m, (n = 3)
