Phylogenetic analyses of concatenated hsp65 and rpoB gene sequences of clinical MAC isolates, using the neighbor-joining method by MEGA10 software. The bootstrap value marked on the node is used to evaluate the reliability of the branch. The evolutionary branch length value on the branch indicates the genetic variability of the evolutionary branch.
