Optimization of amplification temperature for H. influenzae-LAMP assay. The LAMP method for H. influenzae detection was monitored with real-time turbidimeter. Eight temperatures and their corresponding curves were showed in the pictures. The turbidity > 0.1 was considered as the positive result (threshold value was 0.1). The H. influenzae DNA templates used in each reaction was 1 pg. Eight pictures (A-H) were acquired from a temperature range with 1℃ intervals (from 60℃ to 67℃).
