Effects on cytokines in mice. Mice were challenged with LPS (10 mg/kg, 200 μL), followed by injection with N6 or N6-COOH-miniPEG (0.25 μmol/kg). Sera were collected and the levels of (A) TNF-α, (B) IL-6, (C) IL-1β, and (D) IL-10 were detected by using an ELISA kit after 2 and 8 h after treatment. The analyses were measured by one-way ANOVA, with Duncan’s multiple comparisons test. A probability value of < 0.05 was considered significant.
