Heptelidic acid (HA) exerts an antiproliferative effect via inhibiting GAPDH in vitro. A sulforhodamine B assay revealed that HA exerted growth-suppressing effects on B16F10 cells in a concentration-dependent manner (A). A cell scratch assay indicted that HA inhibited the migration of B16F10 cells (B). GAPDH activity assay revealed that HA inhibited GAPDH activation in a concentration-dependent manner (C).
